Terms of Use

ProvaSpeak is provided by Webasist Teknoloji Limited Şirketi. By using the app you accept these terms. On Apple devices, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
1. The service
ProvaSpeak offers practice, feedback and voice conversation to help you prepare for English speaking tests. Scores and feedback are produced with AI and measurement tools.
2. Estimated scores, not official
Bands and scores are estimates, always shown as a range. They do not replace or guarantee an official result. ProvaSpeak is not affiliated with or endorsed by IELTS, the British Council, IDP, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, TOEFL or ETS. These names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the test format. All questions are original content written for ProvaSpeak.
AI can make mistakes. If you think an assessment is wrong, use "I didn't say that" in the report.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
- Pro and Pro+ are monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
- Where a free trial is offered, the paid period starts when the trial ends unless you cancel.
- The Exam Pass lasts 3 months and does not renew. A single mock report is used once.
- Prices are shown in the app and the store for your country.
- Manage or cancel in App Store > Subscriptions or Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies. Statutory consumer rights are not affected. Need help? destek@webasist.com.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the app for your own practice; do not record other people without their permission.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the service.
- Do not use the Live Coach to produce unlawful, hateful or harmful content.
We may restrict access in case of misuse.
5. Content and intellectual property
The app, question bank, design and software belong to Webasist. Your own speech and reports are yours; we process them to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Liability
We take care to provide the service but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your test results or decisions based on ProvaSpeak. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the app. You can stop using the service at any time by deleting your account.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
